No Binding Quotes or Coverage
Information on this site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer of insurance, a binding quote, or a guarantee of coverage or price. Any quote or estimate is preliminary and subject to verification, underwriting, and approval by the issuing carrier. Coverage is not bound, changed, or terminated until confirmed in writing by the carrier. Only the terms of an issued policy determine your actual coverage.
Quote Requests and Communications
When you submit a form or contact us, you authorize The Burks Agency and its representatives to contact you using the phone number, email address, and other details you provide — including by phone call, email, and text message — regarding your inquiry, quotes, and coverage. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from The Burks Agency related to your quotes, policies, and service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your mobile opt-in and consent will never be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.
